Date night! #1

So I went on my first date, for this post I am going to call him beardy!
When he first messaged me obviously the first thing you do once you've read the message is look at his photos, my initial thought was hes not my type but he came across really nicely in his message.
I read further down his profile, I saw he was tall, which is a bit of a must for me as im 5'9", he lived in the same area as me, he had a car and a decent job and his bit of blurb about himself came across nicely! So why not, lets see what happens!
So we messaged for a bit, he was very friendly and I had a good feeling about him!
Now this is where, according to "the rules"  it could have gone slightly wrong (but I haven't read far enough yet!), we had been messaging for about four or five days and there was no sign of a date being set up, so after getting the opinion of two of my friends on him I messaged saying "so am I ever going to meet you in real life or are we just going to be behind the screen friends?" He messaged back almost straight away saying when are you free! According to the rules you are supposed to play hard to get, but I dont think you always have time to do that!
Once the date was arranged, I suggested a place to go which was fairly close to me, I got there first and I knew it woukd be quiet, nothing worse than walking in somewhere looking for someone! We were meeting at 7pm, he called at seven to say he was stuck in a bit of traffic so was running late, this would normally irritate me but I wasnt too bothered. When he arrived I was actually quite pleased, tall, nice build and decent on the eye......cha ching!
But once we got settled and chatted for a bit, it became clear to me that he wasn't for me, although he was really lovely his personality didn't quite match up to the way he was in his messages.
I put this down to him being a bit shy and hiding behind a computer screen can give you a bit of confidence?!
One other thing was he was very expessive with his facial expressions, which after a while I found myself mimicing! Oops
When I realised it was nearly ten and that I was starving I made my excuses and we called it a night,  we left it with a simple it was lovely to meet you and a kiss on the cheek....neither of us have made contact since!
On to the next......
Happy dating!

Weight Loss Wednesday

Hey guys,

So this Weight Loss Wednesday is all about fresh starts!
Over the past couple of months life has been a little stressful and I really needed to take some of the pressure off myself, so the only feesable way to do that was by taking a step back on the diet front.

I knew I had put some weight on after a medical issue towards the end of last year and once that had settled back down my weight was yo-yoing....ANNOYING!

So rather than get more stressed about it I thought I would take a break, celebrate my birthday guilt free and then go back this wednesday and Start a fresh! Strangely I am actually reallly looking forward to it so summer body I'm comming for ya!!

So I have been very organised, stocked the cupboards with weight watcher friendly foods and have an exercise plan in mind! Hopefully next week I will be writing about a good weight loss!

Have a great week!

Single Girl in the City

As a single girl it is a minefield out there when it comes to dating.....the possibilities are endless, or they used to be! There comes a point when you become the only single friend, this puts a completely different spin on things! Your friends all either want to desperately set you up with just about any single man they can find or you become a threat of some sort and are gradually left out in the cold! Ok ok, maybe I'm making it sound slightly more dramatic than it actually is but you get my drift....

So what is a girl supposed to do to find the single men? Online dating!

This in itself is a scary process as there are so many things to think about! You are literally putting yourself out there for all to see, what if someone you know comes across your profile? What if only weirdos contact you? What if no one contacts you? (Believe me that wont happen, but sometimes you may wish it had!), the questions are endless but if you dont try you won't know!

So I decided I would set up a profile on a well known site and see what happens!
You upload some pics, the best ones you can find obviously, write a bit about yourself and click go.....whats the worst that can happen?
This seems like it should be so simple but it never is is it?!
First off are all you multiple choice questions, eye colour, hair colour, height, are you a smoker, do you want children but then comes weight/body type??? Well this is every girls worst nightmare right? It gives you the option of slim, average, athletic, a few extra pounds or bbw (big beautiful woman).....well I would have liked the option of curvy as im not slim but also not bbw so I went for a few extra pounds, but then you worry will that put some people off, but if it does they were obviously too superficial but will it make you look like you are wanting people to say you are not over weight? Jeez I'm only on the first page and its stressful already!

Once you've managed all the little questions its time to think of a catchy title, something that will draw people to you but nothing too cringy or attention seeking!
And then its down to the good stuff, write about yourself! WTF! I hate that bit, you suddenly find yourself trying to figure out what your best attrbutes are, you try to write something that makes you sound fun and adventurous but not too adventurous as we all know that actually you prefer lounging around on the sofa catching up on hollyoaks on a sunday not really hiking in the woods!
You want to sound fun fearless and independent but not so much so that a poor guy doesnt stand a chance.
Actually what I want to write is a list of things I DON'T want in a man, a need not apply list if you like, but I don't think thats the done thing!
So thats it, youve filled it all out, you've put up your best pics and now you just sit back and wait for the one to send you a message.........
I will fill you in next time as to what my inbox bought!

Have you tried internet dating?

I LOVE ME week #9

Hey Beauties,

This weeks challenge is about something called a Stress Bucket!

First of all, What is your Stress Bucket? Well it's an imaginary bucket that we collect all our stress in, it also has a tap on it. Our stress buckets as with any container can only hold a certain amount before it over flows, when comparing this to the way we deal with stress, we can only take so much before we explode or break down.
So how do we use our Stress Bucket? Well the idea is that we use the tap on the bucket to let go of some of the stress we are holding on to so that we are able to deal with things better. With stress we are able to deal with big things as normally there isn't much we can do about them so we have to let them run there course, but when we have a build up of small stresses we will often find that harder, and it will very often be something very small and trivial that actually causes a melt down! So by releasing some of your stress when you can feel it building up. How you choose to do this is completely up to you, it may be that you just go to a quiet place to go over stuff in your head, talk to someone, meditate, write it down, what ever you feel helps you to let go a bit.
Once you have made space it means you will be able take more things on and be able to deal with them a little bit easier!

This is a good tool to use when you feel under lots of stress, it will simply give you a way to take a step back and let go.

Here is this weeks I Love Me Challenge video.....

Be Happy

To Date or not to Date.....that is the question!

For those of you who don't know I am single and am one of the many girls awaiting the arrival of their prince charming.....but my goodness he is taking his time!

I have been single for pretty much three years, over that time i've had the odd date or was seeing someone for a little while but nothing that became serious.
Back in september last year I thought I would join a dating site and see what was out there! Well I lasted two and a half days as what was out there was far too scary for my liking! After receiving just under 300 messages in those two short days I was totally over whelmed and scared to say the least! Don't get me wrong there were a few nice ones but jeez the bad ones definitely over ruled!

It ranged from 19 year olds sending a simple "your hot" message to a 72 year old saying "hope I'm not too old!" ......well if you have to ask the question! It left me shuddering everytime I heard my phone beep and I ended up handing it over to my friend to siphon through the messages.
Well we are almost six months on from then and I am feeling like I could venture back out in to the world of dating (providing all those men have disappeared!), but my big question is how do you do it succesfully?

I am aware that this is many peoples question too so I have decided to take one for the team and set out on the quest to answer this question for all the singletons out there!
I am armed with the updated version of The Rules, I'm ready to set up my online dating profile and with that my Single Girl in the City series will be born!
So for dating tips, stories and I'm sure a few epic fails along the way stay tuned!

Wish me luck!

I LOVE ME Week #8

This weeks I love me challenge is to surround yourself with happiness!
Oh Just like that I hear you say....don't worry, it is easier than you think!

A simple human trait is to want to something in one go, unfortunately this isn't always realistic or even if it is it then proves difficult to be maintainable! But if you do things the way I suggest hopefully being surrounded by happiness will become slightly easier!

Good things come in little packages is how the saying goes and that is exactly how this challenge works! Happiness can be in a smell, a song, a photo.....absolutely anything! The idea is that by having small things such as a scented candle burning or a song playing will help to trigger the happy hormones to be released and that can only lead to feeling happy! See its easy peasy....

Here is this weeks I Love Me challenge video.....

Have a great week filled with lots of happiness!

I LOVE ME Week #7

This weeks I Love Me Challenge is a bit of a continuation from last weeks challenge! Last week I challenged you not to compare yourself to others so much, which I know is sometimes easier said than done. This week I'm challenging you to
Write your own story!
By this I don't mean go and write a book (of course unless you want to!), I mean don't try and copy someone else's story or try and be something / one you're not.

I love to read books by celebrities whether it be an autobiography or a self help book, but what can sometimes happen when we read these books is like I said last week, we start to compare ourselves to them. Now one major difference between most of us and celebrities is MONEY!! They normally have a huge amount and us...not so much. It means that when they need help they can afford to get the best of the best and quickly, where as we probably can't. But this in itself could be seen as a challenge, it means we have to be creative and use our heads a bit more to solve our own issues or problems, we need to reach out for help in different ways and places, it means we are writing our own stories and drawing from our own strength!

One really important thing when writing your own story is to take it one step at a time, don't write the ending before you get there! How do you know whats going to happen....and if you decide how somethings going to end you may skip by all the exciting things that could happen between now and then with out even knowing they were there!

Here's this weeks I Love Me Challenge video....

I hope you all have a Fabulous week

I LOVE ME Week #6

This weeks challenge is about something that is fast becoming a common occurance in people serching for their dreams, whether it be their dream life, dream career, dream man, the list goes on.

One thing a lot of us do is compare ourselves to others! Sometimes we compare ourselves to celebrities, our friends, other family members or even random strangers we see walking down the street. We can be comparing oursleves because we think they look better, they have a better job, they have an amazing boyfriend, they are the Queen Bee of their social group, they have amazing things......But and this is a big but,  it's not always as it seems!
All you need to remember is .....
"There is no comparison"
The reason there is no comparison is that you are you, there is only one you and that one you is fabulous (whether you believe it or not!).

In my experience we tend to naturally have Facebook, Twitter and Istagram as our go to when something good happens, we got a great job, bought some amazing shoes, got chatted up by a hottie.....I know I am one of these people, and It's human nataure to want to share (brag) about these things, but the majority of us don't go to these outlets when something negitve happens (unless of course its specifically for the eyes of the person thats caused the negitive thing to happen.....that's a whole different game!). This is what I mean by It's not always as it seems! Your friend on facebook may seem like she lives a high fying life full of amazing things but does she? She probably updates her status with the good and avoids the bad and if she's anything like the rest of us, meaning  #SMUG, she was probly trying to keep up with the jone's as she will have been comparing herself to some one else! Do you see what I mean?

Any way, with all my rambling I'm sure you get what I'm saying, now what you have to do is try and stop comparing yourself to others. The danger of doing this is you are simply setting yourself up for upset. Ask yourself, Do you want the same things they do? Are they really as happy as they make out? What do you really want to achieve?
When you think about these answers It will make it easier to just be you! It's fine to use these people for some inspiration but only if you can do that in a positive way! I have had to do this recently and I have started to give myself a break and just be me! I hope you do too!

Here's this weeks I LOVE ME Challenge Video....

Have a great week.

Weight Loss Wednesday - New Member!

Hi Lovlies,

I have been doing Weight Loss Wednesday for a while now, as you know I follow weight watchers but I was thinking the other day that I wanted to make this post more versitile and something that will reach out to people following all sorts of weight loss plans!

With this in mind I want to introduce the newest member of Weight Loss Wednesday......Sophie, here is her story......

Hi, My name is Sophie I'm 31 next month, been married to Simon for over 12 years and we have 3 children. I work part time as a Pensions Complaint Handler. To say I have always been massively overweight wouldn't be an exaggeration, when I started secondary school at 11 I was already a size 22-24 and just got bigger, I was a size 28 at 16 when I left school! My memories of school from an early age until I left involve regular weigh ins with the school nurse and visits to the Children's Hospital including a two week stay after my GCSE's to see if I could shift some weight under close supervision. It was a last ditch attempt and I lost a couple of pounds!

My mum passed away when I was 18 from weight related illness, I had been her main carer through out my teens. I had my first child 9 months later and slowly gained more weight, at my largest I was a size 32. I did at times try to take control and tried various diets including Weigh Watchers and tablets from the Doctors the most I ever lost was 16lbs, I would lose will power and slip into old habits.
When my youngest started nursery in 2008 I joined the gym and built up my cardio and swimming. I know I didn't have the eating side of things right so didn't lose a great amount. In Oct/Nov 2011 I had a really bad chest infection which went on for 10 weeks and led to me being referred to the hospital. I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnoea and a lung condition. Around the same time I was diagnosed with inter-cranial hypertension (pressure on the brain). All these conditions could be improved or reversed all together with weight loss. It was then I spoke to my GP about surgery and she was happy to refer me to the Bariatric team as with the above conditions I now qualify for surgery. I first saw them in Feb 2012 and have seen various members of the team who have helped me lose over 4 stone. The key for me is not thinking of it as a diet but this is it for life. I have got my portions under control and if I want some cake or chocolate I can - just in moderation. I still go to the gym 4-5 times a week and should have my op in the next couple of months.
One other thing that is a big motivator is I'd like to get to a healthy weight as my husband is in end stage kidney failure and has been on dialysis/the transplant waiting list for 3 yrs - his consultant agreed to test me as a possible donor if I can get to a healthy weight! He had an untreated infection as a child so his kidneys stopped growing - was amazing they lasted as long as they did!
I don't have a goal as such just to be happy and healthy, I want to see my children grow up and meet my grandchildren....I'll keep you posted!!!
I'm really looking forward to following Sophies story and I hope her story / journey will inspire and also give an insight to weight loss surgery. When I asked Sophie if she would be part of WLW she said she found it hard to find real life stories about having the band fitted and the ones she did find where based in the US so hopefully this will help people in a similar position.
If you have any questions feel free to comment below.
Also if you are following a weight loss plan and would like to be a member of WLW please get in touch for more info.

I LOVE ME Week #5

This weeks I Love Me Challenge is to write yourself a Happiness Back Up Plan! This may sound a bit random but bear with me.....All will become clear!

The idea behind your Happiness Back Up plan is that you write it on a "good day". When you are in a positive state of mind you are more likely to have positive experiences, this includes positive thoughts.
Whilst you are in a positive state you should take advantage of it and write a list of things that you would LIKE to do, things that you imagine doing that would make you happy.

Once you have written your list keep it safe and on those days that you are feeling in a bit of a funk or down right moody dig it out and make yourself do something on the list! Now I know this may take some effort and will power as the bad mood bugs can make you want to do nothing but sit inside and eat your body weight in cake but you need to summon your inner fabulosity and acknowledge that you are pissed off, but you are not going to let it ruin another moment, glam yourself up (or at least brush your hair!), get outside and  do something on your list....and at the end of the day you may even have something to write and pop in your 2013 jar (see what I did there...nearly all the years challenges so far covered in one activity!! ;).

Hopefully by making yourself do something on your list you will start to feel a bit happier and in no time your bad mood will disappear! I know this won't always be as straight forward as I'm saying but if you persevere I promise it will start to work!

For more info take a look at my I Love Me Week #5 Challenge Video....
What things will be on your list? Please leave some in the comment box below or on my facebook or twitter.

I hope you have a great week

I LOVE ME Week #4

This week I wanted to set a challenge that is slightly more specific, it's aimed at people who may be going through a tough time or may be starting to feel better but still need a little help.

The reason I set out to start this challenge was to help people who may be suffering with depression, anxiety, self esteem and confidence issues by giving small challenges that would hopefully set the brain to think in a different way.

I know that one of the hardest things to do when you are in a "dark place" is to admit to people how you are actually feeling, as far as they are concerned you are all smiles and look absolutely fine as the chances are you will put on a front and only you will know how you feel inside.

I also know when you do pluck up the courage or feel ready to confide in a friend that sometimes you don't get the reaction you were hoping for and you can then feel a bit worse! Now this is normally a reaction not of someone who doesn't care but someone who doesn't understand......they don't know that you haven't had a proper nights sleep in weeks, that you feel so low that you don't really want to get out of bed, that you can't bear to look in the mirror as you hate what you see.....the list of possible feelings is endless but one thing you can know for sure is that you are not alone!

I have suffered with depression and anxiety and I know how awful it can make you feel, I also know how isolating it can be but I also know that by doing one small thing you can set yourself in good stead to turning things around. So this weeks challenge is to...
Acknowledge
Acknowledge that these issues are real, Acknowledge that you are not alone with these feelings and Acknowledge that things can get better.

By doing this it will allow some of the pressure you are putting on yourself to be relieved and also let your mind gain a little space that can be used to take the next steps in getting better.
You may want to do this by confiding in someone, going to your doctor, writing it down....there is no right or wrong way, you just have to do what suits you.

To hear more about this challenge take a look at my video....

I hope that this weeks challenge makes sense and I hope that those of you that need to some acknowledgement are able to do it.....I promise, it will make a difference!

Have a great week and I will see you next Friday with a new challenge!

Stay Happy xoxo

I LOVE ME Week #3

Hey Lovlies,

Well it's week three already of the I Love Me challenge!

This week I'm setting you the challenge of "Don't sweat the small stuff"! Simple eh?!

Well it may seem like a simple thing to do but it is sometime anything but! I am very guilty of getting stressed about little things which don't actually even matter in the grand scheme of things!

An example....I will give myself a big, no huge list of things "TO DO" I go to bed with great intentions for the next morning, I start off well and then I miss one thing off.....well thats a big fat fail! But is it? Did the world stop turning when I forgot to moisturise my legs?......NO!

So rather than getting stressed or feel that you have failed, look at the other things you accomplished on that list and feel good about that instead of bad about the one thing you didn't! It may not be a physical list it may be in your head but what you have to do is let yourself go with the flow a little and if you forget the odd thing either do it later or look at it and see if you even need to do it at all!

Give yourself a break, Don't sweat the small stuff and recognise all the things you have achieved!

How are you getting on with the rest of the challenges? Have you been adding glamour in to your life? Have a great week!

Grace xoxo

Weight Loss Wednesday 16.01.13

Hey Dolls,

It's that time of the week again.....the dreaded weigh in, but actually it was a good result with the scales showing a loss of
-2.5lbs
Which brings my total loss to 75lbs.....only 25lbs to go to hit my goal!
I have to say I have been super good this week but the main thing that I have done is to TRACK everything! It makes it so easy to keep an eye on what you are putting in your mouth and you don't forget anything!

One exciting (well I found it exciting!) thing I have discovered thanks to the lovely Charli over at SBTCD, and its a yummy low point treat!

I know it looks a bit like Gavascon but trust me, it tastes AMAZING!! Its made with sugar free jelly and Muller light yoghurt!
To make it you make the jelly mix in half a pint of boiling water and mix until fully melted, leave to cool for a little while and then instead of using cool water to make it up to a pint use two muller light yoghurts, pop in a mould (or lunch box as I did) and pop in the fridge to set! Ta-Dah....Yumminess all round! This was enough for 3 servings which is slightly annoying as the total recipe is 4 pro points so I just rounded it up to 2 pp per serving!

I chose to do raspberry jelly and vanilla muller lights but you could use any flavours!

I hope you like this little recipe!

How are you all getting on with your diets? Any recipes you want to share?

Grace xoxo

I LOVE ME Week #2

Hey Lovlies,

How are you all? Well we are already on week two of the I Love Me Challenge and this week I have a really simple challenge. This is something that anyone can benefit from and a little trick that can brighten any day!

This weeks challenge........

Add a bit of Glamour to your life every day!

This is one of the easiest ways to give yourself a pick me up and take an okay day to a great day. On those days that you feel like you just can't be bothered, the best thing you can do is make yourself make an effort. This could be done in simple ways such as painting your nails, wearing a bright lipstick, doing your hair in a new way, wearing matching underwear (no one else will know but you will!), wearing your best jewelry or your favourite perfume.
These things may seem silly or superficial but the trick is that if you look fabulous on the outside you will in turn start to feel great on the inside and eventually that will be the way you feel all the time, and that is how you should always feel as we all know we are all FAB-U-LOUS!

So that's your simple challenge for week #2....

What things will you be doing to add glamour to your day? How did you get on with week #1's challenge?

Have a great week

Grace xoxo

Weight Loss Wednesday 09.01.13

Hey Sugars,

It's Wednesday, which can mean only one thing......you guessed it, its weigh in day!

I've had a fairly good week on the diet front which meant that the scales were on my side showing a loss of
-1.5lbs!!
So hopefully this is the good start to the new year that will continue to my goal weight!
With this 1.5 it brings my total back to 72.5lbs!

I mentioned last week that Weight Watchers has a new approach and part of that is being aware of your food environment and something called "hedonistic" hunger.
New scientific  research has shown that what we think is a lack of will power is not entirely our fault! Our brains are actually programmed in such a way that even when we aren't hungry we can be fooled into thinking we are! This is partially due to the toxic food environment we are surrounded by, with food outlets, coffee shops and food advertisements absolutely everywhere its almost like a food hell rather than a delicious treat for our brains! The problem is that it doesn't matter whether you ate five hours or five minutes ago, if you see the food your brain will more than likely make you want to eat it! You could feel fit to burst after a three course meal but some how you will be able to squeeze in those chocolates that came with your coffee! This is what Weight Watchers are classing as Hedonistic hunger....I wasn't sure about this theory as I thought it was almost like ww were giving us a way of not feeling so guilty when our will power fails us but, I have put the theory to the test and I can completely see what they mean!

So to stop yourself from literally stuffing food in your mouth every time you see it you need to figure out a way of either planning (if you know where you are going in advance) or having a few "Hot Spot" strategy plans up your sleeve! I will talk about them next week!

How are your weight losses coming along? Have you started the year well?

Stay Healthy!

Grace xoxo

LOVE ME Week #1

Hey Lovelies,

So for week #1 of the I LOVE ME Challenge I have used an idea that I think is really nice and the perfect way to make this year one that you remember! (Just to clarify, I didn't make this idea up I saw it on a friend Laura's blog which you can see here).

The 2013 memory jar is the perfect way to ensure you don't forget anything good that happens over the next twelve months.
Decorate your jar how ever you like (or not.....remember it's your jar so do what you want!) Then all you have to do is pop little notes in to your jar through out the year, they can be good things that happened, dates you want to remember, inspirational quotes, goals......you can put what ever you want in there. I have put my new years resolutions in mine....we will find out if I stuck to them! Then at the end of the year you can take them out and look back at what you have achieved or what has changed over the year.

Our human nature means that when good things happen we feel great at that moment but if something bad happens we feel bad for longer....the reason being that we tend to store the good things at the back of our brains and the bad stays at the front! This is why we can often look back and only remember the bad things.....so by filling your jar with good things you won't forget a moment!

If you don't like the idea of a jar or don't have the space you could do the same thing in a journal, this could be your book of gratification. You could start the book off by writing a note or letter to yourself, maybe noting how you're feeling in this moment, what you want to change or achieve over the coming months, your new years resolutions. You can also write the good things that happened.....you can put what ever you like in you book or jar as it is yours! You don't have to share it with anyone (unless you want to) so don't worry about what you put in there!

Here is my I LOVE ME Week #1 Video

So that's week 1 done......see you on Friday for the next challenge!

I hope you have had a great start to 2013 and I hope it is a year full of great things!

Grace xoxo

2013 Challenge - I LOVE ME!

This year I wanted more than anything to make it a year that made a difference, not only for me but others too.
I have thought about doing this for a long time but wasn't sure if I should or how it might be received but after much consideration I have decided to stop thinking and actually do it!

This year I want to start a year long challenge called I LOVE ME, its a weekly challenge and the idea behind it is to help people (and me) to make the most of themselves and their lives.

I have had a really tough couple of years and over that time I have seen a change in myself which I would like to overcome, I have also become aware of the amount of other people that suffer from Depression, Anxiety, confidence issues, and many more issues that other people may not see.
The problem with these things is that we normally keep them to ourselves as we may be embarrassed or think people will think we are stupid, or we may feel we don't actually have anyone to talk to......Well this has to stop as we are all FABULOUS and my aim to to help people find there inner fabulosity and wear it with pride!

Now I am by no way qualified to diagnose anything or tell you what to do but I can speak from my heart and draw on my on experiences, I can give advise and its up to you if you want to take it. The idea behind the I LOVE ME challenge is to help me as well as others, which means I will have to take in what I am saying too!

I plan on setting a new challenge every Friday (week one is coming up today, a bit late I know!), and I would love for other people to join in. You may want to join in the whole thing or dip in and out to the weeks that are relevant to you. You may also know people you think this challenge may help and if you do please send them this way.

Well, it's out there now.....so lets make this year the best ever and hopefully by the end of it we will be an even better version of us than we already were!

If there are any issue you would like me to cover or look in to please let me know.

Be Happy

Weight Loss Wednesday.......

Hey Dolls,

Well 2013 is here and so is an unfortunate extra few pounds!! It was the first weigh in of the year today at weight watchers and I can say I was not best pleased! As most of you will know, I have been following WW for just over two years and have lost quite a bit of weight. I had lost just over six stone but due to a small health issue and a bit of over indulgence the total is now 71lbs (which I am still really chuffed about!).

With it being the new year I wanted to set a couple new years weight loss resolutions, and where better to share them but here......plus the shame of going off track in front of you guys will hopefully keep me on track!

New Years Weight Loss Resolutions

*Hit my goal and become a GOLD member*

*Increase my exercise*

*Complete the Christmas Bauble 10k run in December 2013*

So now they are out there! My goal is to lose 100lbs in total so I have another 29lbs to hit target.

Weight watchers have launched their new approach to the pro points plan which helps you to deal with different situations as well as just what you are actually eating, I will tell you more about that next week.

One main thing that helps is to track your food intake, you would be surprised the little things that secretly creep past your lips when your not tracking properly, so armed with a brand new tracker journal I am ready to tackle my weight loss with a clear head!

Do you have any weight loss goals for 2013?
